Operating Instructions of  4 Rolls Fully Automatic Toilet Paper Packing Machine

Length:

For example, you want to pack size as below:

Set: 186（toilet roll length）+100(height/diameter)+20/30(packing tail)=306/316mm

Material Length: 166-186mm（It can be 10-20mm smaller than the actual length.）

Material Location(The fourth one in the first column): The reaction indicates the actual position of the toilet paper within the packaging film; adjustments are made based on the position of the sealing mold clamps, allowing for either addition or subtraction.

Material Position Adjustment Method:

First, click "Anti-empty Bag" on the display menu page. After entering the anti-empty bag page, turn off the anti-empty bag switch.

Then return to the menu page and click "Running Screen." Set the length of the material bag you need to pack and the packaging speed. During the adjustment process, a packaging speed of 50-60 bags per minute is recommended.

Then place a product between any two push rods on the conveyor chain, and then press the start button. Wait until the product is almost conveyed to the sealing molds at both ends.

Check if the product position is correct. If the product position is incorrect, the sealing mold will clamp the product, causing the display to show a "Cutter Blocked" alarm. In this case, click "Clear Alarm" first, and then adjust the material position parameters on the display. Increasing the number will move the material position forward, and decreasing the number will move the material position backward.

Select to increase or decrease the material position parameters according to the position where the sealing mold clamps the material. After each setting of the material position parameters, it is recommended to press the "Three-Axis Reset" button.

The material (product) position may not be accurate after changing the material position parameters, so we need to adjust it multiple times using the above method until the material position is basically correct.

Stop Angle The cutting angle when the machine stops, which is set in our factory and generally does not need to be adjusted.

Switch (The first one in the third column): only used when the packing film with color.

It indicates the cutting position of the reactive dicing blade. When the packaging film is with color, the color mark tracking function need to be activated by adjusting the color mark position.

Switch (The second one in the third column): It indicates the speed of the cutter in the closed state, which is set in our factory and generally does not need to be adjusted.

Material position (The third one in the second column): As the push rod moves in a cycle, it will hit the paper roll when it goes up. You need to adjust the parameters of the feeding position, either increasing or decreasing them, just like adjusting the material position.

Scalding film staggering It was set in our factory and generally does not need to be adjusted.

Note:

The parameters that need to be adjusted for transparent film packaging: length, material length, packaging speed, and material location.

The parameters that need to be adjusted for colorful films: length, material length, packaging speed, material location and color mark tracking.
