The automatic maxi roll band saw cutting machine is a fully programmable, servo-driven band saw designed to cut large parent rolls 

(maxi, jumbo or industrial rolls) into finished retail lengths without manual handling of the logs.

Control: PLC + large touch HMI; automatic job recall, piece counting and fault prompting
Feed: high-precision servo guarantees ±2 mm length tolerance
Cutting unit: 5 80×100×1.0 mm endless band-saw blade driven by inverter motor; hydraulic tensioner keeps blade at optimum stretch and auto-stops if breakage is detected
Sharpening: built-in grinding wheel with auto-feed and independent dust extraction; wheel dresses the blade during production so no manual grinding stoppages are required
Safety / diagnostics: automatic stop + alarm for broken blade, wrong data entry, low air pressure, door open, etc.
