The Croatian customer is a local well-known hygiene products manufacturer with a stable market share in Croatia and surrounding European regions. With the growing demand for N fold hand towels in commercial scenarios, they planned to expand production and upgrade equipment. In 2023, after global investigation, the customer contacted us via our official website for a customized N fold hand towel production line solution. Upon receiving the inquiry, our technical team responded promptly and communicated in detail with the customer. Their core demand was a complete set of equipment including N fold hand towel folding machine, cutting machine and packing machine, which could realize automatic continuous production, ensure stable quality and adapt to different specifications. They also paid close attention to equipment speed, energy consumption and after-sales service.

Our N fold hand towel folding machine adopts vacuum suction folding and PLC control, with a speed of 80-100 m/min, adapting to 33-45GSM jumbo roll paper and equipped with embossing function. The cutting machine has precise servo drive and screw shear knives for smooth, adjustable-speed cutting. The packing machine uses full servo control (max 35 packs/min) with automatic correction and multiple printing options.
The customer carefully observed equipment operation, inquired about parameters and required on-site tests. The equipment performed stably, meeting their expectations. They were also satisfied with our quality control, 1-year warranty and lifetime after-sales service.
After the visit, the customer decided to purchase the complete production line from us and signed a formal contract, clarifying customization, delivery, installation and training details.
