The customer is a well-known hygiene products manufacturer in Croatia with a stable market share in Croatia and surrounding European regions. Customer Requirements

N Fold Hand Towel Folding Machine

Our N fold hand towel folding machine uses vacuum suction folding and PLC control. It operates at a speed of 80-100 m/min, adapts to 33-45 GSM jumbo roll paper, and is equipped with an embossing function.

Cutting Machine

The cutting machine features precise servo drive and screw shear knives, ensuring smooth and adjustable-speed cutting.

Packing Machine

The packing machine uses full servo control with a maximum speed of 35 packs/min. It includes automatic correction and multiple printing options.

The customer carefully observed the equipment in operation, inquired about specific parameters, and requested on-site tests. The equipment performed stably and met their expectations. They were also satisfied with our quality control processes, the 1-year warranty, and our lifetime after-sales service commitment.

Order and Implementation

Following the successful factory visit, the customer decided to purchase the complete production line and signed a formal contract. The agreement clarified all details regarding customization, delivery, installation, and training.

We are currently accelerating equipment production and customization. Upon completion, our technical team will be deployed for installation and on-site training to ensure smooth operation.
