In 2021, a Dominican customer reached out to our company via WhatsApp to inquire about napkin paper machines. After asking about the price, the customer went silent, leaving us in suspense. However, through other Dominican clients, we learned that this individual was a well-known local paper product manufacturer. Recognizing the potential for a significant business relationship, we decided to persistently follow up with the customer. Our continuous efforts finally paid off when the customer responded. We quickly finalized the details, and the customer proceeded to purchase two napkin paper machines from us.
The collaboration didn't end there. In 2023, the customer visited our factory in China, marking a milestone in our relationship. During this visit, the customer placed an order worth $800,000 USD, including toilet paper machine, maxi roll machine, kitchen towel machine, hand towel machine, facial tissue machine,which stands as the largest single order our company has ever received. The customer expressed great satisfaction with our machines and the after-sales service we provided, highlighting the trust and confidence they have in our company.
