In August 2023, a Mexican client initially reached out to us inquiring about an N fold hand towel machine. Despite our persistent follow-ups, the customer remained largely unresponsive throughout the communication process. Consequently, in 2024, they opted to procure a semi-automatic hand towel production line from an alternative supplier.

The turning point came in March 2025 when the client proactively contacted us again, expressing their intent to expand their business operations and their specific need for a maxi roll production line. To facilitate their visit, they requested an official invitation letter from our company, which we promptly provided. This document was instrumental in securing their visa approval.

On April 28th, 2025, the client's delegation visited our facility for an on-site inspection. During the demonstration of our maxi paper towel roll production line, they exhibited pronounced enthusiasm for the equipment's performance and capabilities. However, they also shared prior negative experiences with incorrect machine selections, which prompted them to request a comprehensive comparison of available options in the market.

As part of their due diligence, the client visited another factory in our city for a side-by-side evaluation. Upon their return, they candidly acknowledged that the competitor's machinery was technologically outdated and reaffirmed their preference for our superior solution. Additionally, they expressed keen interest in our automatic hand towel cutting machine and hand towel packaging machines, citing inefficiencies in their existing semi-automatic production line as a primary motivation for seeking more advanced, automated alternatives.

Before concluding their visit, the client committed to finalizing their decision after returning to Mexico. True to their word, by mid-May 2025, they formally placed an order comprising both a maxi roll production line and an N-fold hand towel cutting machine and hand towel packaging machine, with the total contract value exceeding USD 100,000. The customer promptly remitted the deposit the following day, initiating our production cycle. Through meticulous execution and strict adherence to timelines, we successfully manufactured, tested, and shipped the entire equipment package within the stipulated 50-day production period, culminating in a seamless project delivery.
