With PLC control and automatic sharpening, it achieves precise cutting (50-300 mm adjustable length, 100-180 rolls/min), solving manual inefficiency and size inconsistency.
The toilet paper packing machine, the final link, automatically sorts, wraps and seals small rolls into market-ready products. It packs up to 20 packs/min (8/10/12 pcs per pack, matching Kenyan standards) with automatic feeding and side ironing, ensuring neat, waterproof packaging.
