This fully automatic facial tissue processing equipment is designed to transform jumbo rolls of tissue paper into neatly folded "V"-type products.
It integrates advanced vacuum adsorption technology with precise folding, ensuring high efficiency and consistency in production.
1. Vacuum-Assisted Folding System
Utilizes vacuum adsorption to stabilize and align tissue sheets before folding, minimizing wrinkles and misalignment.
Robotic manipulators assist in the folding process, enhancing accuracy and speed.
2. "V"-Type Folding Capability
Processes tissue into single-layer or multi-ply "V"-folds, ideal for dispensers or packaged towels.
Optional two-layer glue lamination for reinforced products (e.g., industrial wipes).
3. Automated Control & Safety
PLC programming ensures seamless operation with pneumatic paper feeding.
Equipped with safety guards, emergency stops, and CE/UL-certified electrical components for compliance.
