An integrated detection system stops the whole machine when a paper break occurs, reducing raw paper waste during production.
Counting is performed by a high-resolution encoder operation, providing accurate sheet counts for downstream packing.

Operation is managed through a touchscreen interface with emergency stop/pause, safety alarms, and air/electric power protection.
After folding, the XY-GU-281 cuts the continuous tissue log into individual packs. This machine uses a 360° rotation continuous cutting method and is built for integration with downstream packaging equipment.
The paper output electric eye detection system monitors the packaging machine and conveyor. If a malfunction occurs and products pile up, the cutting machine stops automatically.
Feeding uses a servo drive with synchronous belt positioning transmission for accurate cutting registration.

An automatic knife sharpening system is included, with parameters set via the touch screen to maintain cutting quality.
The XY-BT-298 automatically packs V-fold facial tissue, napkin, and flat tissue formats into bags. It is the primary single-bag packing stage of the line.
A fully automatic shaping function prepares the tissue stack for consistent bag filling.
Automatic detection and speed reduction respond to changes in the tissue incoming material flow, preventing jams.
Step-less frequency conversion, touch screen, and PLC control provide clear display and easy maintenance.
Photocell checking, servo tracking, and non-material feeding without tissue reduce packing material consumption.
The final stage, XY-BT-299, bundles multiple single bags into a 24-bag pack. It is designed to operate after the XY-BT-298 single-bag packing machine.
