This machine is designed for three-dimensional packing of facial tissue and napkin paper products. It integrates wrapping, folding, and sealing into a single, compact system, helping tissue converters achieve stable, aesthetically pleasing packaging results with efficient changeover.
For tissue converters seeking a reliable bag packing solution, this model offers a straightforward path from folded tissue to finished, film-wrapped packs. Its open-design structure simplifies maintenance, while features like anti-empty packaging and automatic film tension control help reduce material waste and protect product quality.
The machine features a compact, box-type combined structure with an open design for the power and packaging systems. This minimizes vibration during operation, ensures stable packaging results, and facilitates easy layout, operation, and maintenance.
Film slitting and dotted line cutters use spring-loaded rotating blades powered by a servo motor. They automatically deactivate when no material is present, extending cutter life. An electronic handwheel provides convenient and precise control.
The user-friendly human-machine interface automatically calculates the initial position after entering packaging parameters. Settings can be saved, facilitating format changes and reducing changeover time.
The anti-empty packaging function, with auxiliary photoelectric tracking, prevents continuous or multiple packs and rejects oversized or undersized paper. An alarm for over-length and under-short feed paper prevents mechanical damage and reduces product scrap rates.
The rear-flipping package pressing mechanism simplifies adjustment and ensures stable, aesthetically pleasing packaging results. The three-dimensional packaging system offers excellent end-sealing and side-iron effects.
The feed conveyor mechanism prevents unqualified tissues from passing through and prevents film from being applied to empty packs, maximizing packaging material savings. An automatic film tension adjustment device is also included.
This machine includes a ribbon printer as standard and offers an optional custom-shaped tearing device. The standard configuration is designed for CPP, PE, OPP/CPP, PT/PE, and other films that can be sealed on both sides.
