In March 2021, a Polish client initiated contact regarding our full automatic N fold hand paper towel production line and expressed interest in an on-site factory inspection. Due to persistent travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the visit had to be postponed. Throughout this challenging period, we maintained proactive communication by regularly sharing industry updates and technical progress with the client.

After nearly four years of sustained engagement, the client finally scheduled a factory visit in November 2024. The inspection exceeded expectations, with the client particularly impressed by our production capabilities and quality control measures. Demonstrating his confidence in our partnership, he immediately signed the partial payment agreement for the equipment during the visit, explicitly acknowledging our professionalism and unwavering support throughout the project timeline.
