Fully automatic 1/4 fold napkin paper machine production line in Romania

In May 2022, a Romanian customer embarked on their first collaboration with us by acquiring a 1350mm glue lamination kitchen towel rewinding machine. This initial purchase marked the beginning of a long-term partnership, as the customer operates a high-volume production facility where the machine runs continuously around the clock. The demanding operational schedule inevitably leads to increased wear and tear, necessitating frequent spare parts replacements and occasional after-sales support challenges. However, our team has consistently demonstrated exceptional responsiveness, resolving all reported issues within 12 hours of notification. Spare parts are dispatched via DHL on the same day as the order, ensuring minimal downtime for the customer. This commitment to service excellence has been repeatedly acknowledged by the client, who has praised our seamless cooperation and reliability.

Building on this positive experience, the customer expanded their production capabilities by adding a V-fold glue lamination hand paper towel machine in February 2023. This strategic investment allowed them to diversify their product offerings and cater to evolving market demands.

The partnership continued to flourish in June 2024 when they acquired our maxi roll paper making machine production line, further enhancing their manufacturing capacity.

Most recently, in October 2025, the customer visited our factory for a collaborative planning session, where they expressed strong interest in acquiring our full automatic napkin paper production line. This latest visit underscores the enduring trust in our solutions and the mutual commitment to achieving operational excellence together.
