     Tissue-roll perforating distance is the gap between adjacent perforation lines across the sheet, which is the length of each individual sheet after you tear it off. 

In toilet tissue kitchen towel maxi roll production, it is usually adjustable on the rewinding machine and falls in the range: 90 mm-280 mm.

• For a perforating distance of 90–140 mm:
  One toothed blade works in combination with four non-toothed blades.
• For a perforating distance of 180–280 mm:
  

  One toothed blade works with two non-toothed blades.

In traditional automatic rewinding machines, only one set of perforating device is installed. 

To change the perforating distance, operators must manually remove and reinstall blades, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

To meet market demand, we’ve introduced a new rewinding machine equipped with two or three independent perforating units.  
Now, instead of swapping blades, the operator simply re-threads the jumbo roll paper through the desired unit and the required perforating distance is ready—no tools, no downtime.
