This Ugandan customer approached us with a specific production goal in mind: to establish a toilet paper manufacturing facility within a budget of $50,000. After thoroughly understanding their requirements, we conducted a detailed analysis of their production needs, taking into account factors such as expected output volume, space constraints, and operational efficiency. Based on this assessment, we proposed a comprehensive solution tailored to their budget and objectives.
Our recommended equipment package included three key machines:
A high-performance rewinding machine designed for toilet paper production, featuring a jumbo roll width of 1850mm. This machine ensures precise rewinding of paper rolls with consistent quality. A specialized toilet paper band saw cutting machine, which provides clean and accurate cuts for the finished rolls, maintaining product integrity. A semi-automatic 10 rolls toilet paper packaging machine, which efficiently packages the cut toilet paper rolls in bundles of ten, ready for distribution.
To validate our proposal and gain firsthand experience with the equipment, the customer visited our factory for a comprehensive demonstration. During this visit, our technical team conducted live operational showcases of each machine, highlighting their features, efficiency, and ease of operation. The customer had the opportunity to observe the entire production process - from the initial rewinding of large paper rolls to the final packaging stage - and ask questions about maintenance, safety features, and potential customization options.
After this thorough evaluation, the customer expressed satisfaction with our proposed solution and confirmed their decision to proceed with the equipment package.
