How to operate automatic color printing napkin tissue making machine

1. Push the scraping chamber to the anilox roller by rotating the hand wheels.

Oobserve the scraper, and move a little closer to the anilox roller.

(Note that the handwheels on both sides should be operated at the same time)

2.Put the tube into the color printing oil drum

3. Open the control valve (as shown in the picture, pull it out to open)

4. Turn on the air pump, the ink can go into the color printing device.

5. Observe whether the ink leaks to the tray below, if so, adjust the scraping chamber forward (refer to step 1).

6. After above steps, start the machine, and then turn on the color printing device (by operating the control lever)

(Circled is the No. 1 printing control lever, which controls the bottom printing unit)

7.The position of the flexo plate. Stick it where you want to print.

Temporarily fix it with double-sided tape. After determining the final position, fix the four sides with electrical tape.

8. The fan heating switch of the color printing device. After being turned on, it can blow hot air to speed up the drying speed of color printing.

9. Jumbo roll paper running speed adjustment handwheel (can only be adjusted when the machine is running)
