How to produce napkin paper?

1. Jumbo roll Preparation‌

 Load the jumbo roll to jumbo roll stander

2. Embossing‌

The paper passes through synchronized feeding rollers into ‌embossing rollers‌, the embossing roller is Steel to wool roller or steel to steel roller

3. Folding Process‌

Vertical Folding‌: A triangular guide plate folds the paper into two layers.

Horizontal Folding‌: Adjustable folding rollers perform precise 1/4 folding (four horizontal folds) based on preset dimensions.

4.  Cutting & Counting‌

Continuous folded paper is cut into individual napkins by a band saw, with an counter tracking output quantities.

5. Packaging‌

Napkins are manually or automatically packed into bags/boxes and sealed using heat-sealing machines.
