Designed to complement the folding line, the XY-AI-15 provides a semi-automatic bagging solution for N-fold hand towels. It balances manual flexibility with long-term reliability, making it suitable for small to medium-scale production environments.
This specialized cutting equipment processes N-fold hand towel paper, precisely cutting long rolls into various standard-sized hand towels to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
These three machines can be arranged as a sequential converting line: the XY-BT-288N produces folded and laminated N-fold towels, the XY-AI-300 cuts them to size, and the XY-AI-15 handles bagging. The machine is designed for jumbo rolls with a standard diameter of φ1200mm and a core diameter of φ3" (76.2mm). The raw material gram weight range is 14-20 gsm per ply for 2-ply configurations. The maximum jumbo roll width is 460mm, and the machine comes with 2 jumbo roll stands.
The open size is 210×210mm, and the folded size is 210×70mm. The folding type is vacuum suction "N" fold. Counting is performed via ink marking.
The XY-BT-288N folds and laminates the paper into N-fold towels, the XY-AI-300 cuts the folded stacks to the required dimensions, and the XY-AI-15 bags the finished product. Each machine can also operate independently depending on your production requirements.
The XY-BT-288N requires 25.2KW power at 380V 50HZ 3P. The XY-AI-15 bagging machine requires 0.5KW at 220V 60Hz and an air supply of 0.4 Mpa at 0.3 m³/min. The XY-AI-300 cutting machine requires 1.5KW at 380V 60Hz three-phase. Note that the air compressor for the folding machine is supplied by the buyer.
The XY-BT-288N operates at 60-100 m/min. The XY-AI-15 bagging machine has a production speed of 5 bags per minute. The XY-AI-300 cutting machine operates at 20-30 cuts per minute with a maximum cutting height of 150mm.
